DMCA Policy for Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

At Air Fryer Chicken Tenders, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Air Fryer Chicken Tenders website, please notify our designated Copyright Agent as set forth below. We will respond to valid DMCA take-down notices.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

To file a DMCA notice of infringement, you must be the copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. Your notice must be a written communication and substantially include the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. This should be specific enough to allow us to locate the material (e.g., "The recipe for 'Crispy Air-Fried Chicken Tenders' found at [original URL]").
  2. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and needs to be removed or access to which needs to be disabled, along with its location on the Air Fryer Chicken Tenders website. Please provide the specific URL(s) of the infringing content.
  3. Sufficient information to permit us to contact you, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access to it.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must be a written communication and substantially include the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Air Fryer Chicken Tenders may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the original complainant does not file an action seeking a court order against the content provider within 10-14 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.
